4. User Responsibilities

- Not to send illegal, hazardous, restricted, or prohibited items
- To provide accurate pickup and delivery details
- To ensure proper packaging of items
The user is solely responsible for:

- Compliance with applicable Indian laws
5. Prohibited Items
Users shall not send:
- Illegal substances (drugs, weapons, explosives)
- Flammable or hazardous materials
- Currency, precious metals, or high-value items (unless declared)
- Perishable items without proper packaging
ZapDrop reserves the right to inspect or refuse any package.
6. Pricing & Payments
- All charges (if applicable) will be displayed before booking.
- Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
- ZapDrop reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

7. Delivery & Timelines

- Cancellation after pickup may incur charges.

9. Liability
ZapDrop:
- Is a facilitator connecting users with delivery partners
- Is not responsible for:
- Minor delays
- Indirect or consequential damages
In case of loss or damage:
- Liability is limited to a reasonable amount as per company policy
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
10. Third-Party Delivery Partners
- Delivery partners are independent contractors
- ZapDrop does not guarantee their actions but ensures onboarding standards
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (logo, design, text) is the property of ZapDrop and protected under Indian laws.
